-The excess liquidity on concerns.
-The creditors started restructuring process for unhealthy corporate.
-Supreme Court freed Samsung management from charge of illicit managerial transfer.
-KOSPI and Kwon unshaken by Roh's suicide and repeated threats from NK.
-KAMCO started to buy troubled ships.
-BIG 3 yard went to bond market to raise operating capital.
-POSCO and Dongkook Steel lowered the price of shipbuilding plates.
-POSCO and KEPCO consider involving transportation of their own cargoes.
